What we publish, and what we don't

Busch Pharma is an independent research publisher. Our reports help you understand how the pharmaceutical industry is changing, what the rules require, and how the market is moving.

What we publish

  • Market reports showing how the industry is structured and where it is heading
  • Regulatory briefings referenced to legislation and regulator guidance
  • Pricing benchmarks, supply-chain analysis and competitor landscapes
  • A dated edition with a change log and full references

We never

  • Sell, supply or advertise medicines through this website
  • Accept payment from companies to feature or rank them
  • Give medical advice, or advice on any individual's treatment
  • Present a forecast as certain when the evidence isn't there

What's inside a pack

Every pack follows the same structure, so you always know where to find the method, the evidence and its limits. This is the contents page from our UK pharmaceutical market report.

How we research

Every factual claim in a Busch Pharma pack is referenced to its source. We separate what official data and published research show from what companies assert, say plainly when the data is thin, and date every figure. Market figures come with their method, so you can judge them yourself.

Sources we use

  • Legislation and guidance from the MHRA, the Department of Health and Social Care and other UK regulators
  • NHS and NICE publications, and published prescribing and spend data
  • Company filings, annual reports and published market research
  • Peer-reviewed research in health economics, pharmacy practice and supply-chain management
  • Trade bodies and industry publications

Standards we hold to

  • No company pays to be included, ranked or mentioned
  • Company press releases are never treated as independent evidence
  • Each edition is dated and carries a change log
  • Errors are corrected and every buyer of that edition is notified

Questions

Do you sell medicines?

No. This website sells research reports only. It doesn't sell, supply or advertise any medicine, and we don't earn commission from companies or retailers for featuring them.

Is this medical or clinical advice?

No. Our packs are general information for business and research use. For advice about your own health or treatment, speak to a GP, pharmacist or other registered healthcare professional.

Is this legal or investment advice?

No. Regulatory briefings explain the rules in general terms as at their edition date, and market reports are not a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Take professional advice before relying on a pack for a decision.

Who writes the packs?

Packs are researched and written by Busch Pharma's analysts and reviewed before release. Each pack names its authors, reviewers and review date.

How do I pay?

By bank transfer. When you place your order you'll see our bank details, and we email them to you too. Your downloads are released as soon as your payment arrives.

How do I receive my pack?

As soon as your payment is confirmed, your downloads appear on your order page and we email you the links. Links stay active for 30 days.

Can I get a refund?

Because packs are digital and supplied as soon as you've paid, the 14-day cancellation right ends once your download is made available, and you agree to this when you order. If a pack is faulty or not as described, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. See our cancellations and refunds page for details.

Can I share a pack with my team?

Choose a team or company licence when you buy. A single-user licence covers one named person. For larger organisations, contact us.

Do companies pay to be featured?

No. We don't accept payment, free products or commission from any manufacturer, wholesaler, pharmacy or other company. Where a pack names companies, it explains how they were selected.
